I am very proud of the Kurdish youth who have endured all the pain and suffering from the beginning of our revolution to this day: heat, cold, arrest, killing, injury, this bravery, perseverance and guidance is a source of pride for all of us and for the history of the Kurdish nation, both now and in the future. Everything that has been done so far is worthy of pride and makes one happy and proud. The manliness, courage and bravery that the Kurdish nation has shown: this heroism and honor that the Kurdish son has shown in this revolution, despite all his hardships, has resisted all the injustice and oppression that has been inflicted on him, this has not happened in any nation or place except Kurdistan. What happened to the Kurdish people has not been heard by a quarter of foreigners, but if there is a revolution and heroism in foreign countries, there are four, it has been shown by a quarter, because they were helped by people and there were propaganda tools and they responded, but what happened in Kurdistan, without anyone's help and with these few weapons, we have been patient and tolerant for several years against a traitorous and oppressive force, has not happened to anyone, this is what we should be proud of this people, because what they have endured has exceeded human strength, as I have said a thousand times, this pride is not only for those who have weapons in their hands, but every Kurdish farmer, every Kurdish woman, old and young, and Kurdish children all participate in this heroism and everyone has suffered a lot and been tortured.

Dear brothers:

Every revolution and every movement in the world is carried out to serve the people, there is a need for those who are responsible for the people's work, who should only consider the interests of the people and put aside all their personal interests and do what they can and not follow their own desires. Therefore, I would like to remind you of a few things here, do not think that I am criticizing anyone openly... You should not think that I am not criticizing anyone... I am also criticizing myself in these points that I am saying, if I do something like this, it will be harmful for the revolution and the nation... We must know our duty well, if every person responsible for the revolution does not work for the interests of the revolution and ignores his duty, we will meet our enemies and we are serving the enemy of our nation... We must understand what the people mean? What does the agreement mean? What does Kurdishness or nationalism mean? That official who abandons the interests of the revolution for personal goals... Or to make money for his own pocket... Or tries for pride and masculinity... or disobeys orders and abandons the system... He is neither a Kurd nor does he serve the revolution.

For example: If a regional committee is established here, a regional committee is established on the other side… The previous regional committee wants this committee to fail just to say that they are good and this is bad… If the commander of one force wants the commander of another force to fail, just to say that the commander of that force is good, this is neither reason nor nationalism. It is neither partisanship nor revolution. Nationalism, partisanship and revolution all work together, for the common good, for our people. Yes, like two thousand of us have sacrificed. Perhaps more than those who have sacrificed their lives for the sake of this people and this country, for the sake of this right, this right that I have said a thousand times: We will emerge from the oppression that has been inflicted on us with the passage of time, we will become the owners of our rights and say two things about everything: reason, knowledge, administration and education, everything that is related to our country. We have the right to decide; We should have the right to refuse and be able to live as human beings, there should be no oppression. If we are oppressed, we will have a hand in not letting them grab our necks and strangle us… My request is that you all cooperate sincerely and do not do anything that will make our actions become a great enemy among us… If we all work for the common good with brotherhood and sincere cooperation, and everyone looks at the interests of Kurdistan and the revolution more than their own personal interests, no power can deny our rights and no one can oppress our nation… My brother, the worldly wealth does not do enough to make us give up our national dignity and forget our country and the interests of our nation for the sake of a delicious meal or a comfortable place… Think of the very rich Kurdish millionaires who did not help their nation’s revolution, how shameful and dirty they appear in the eyes of everyone… Wealth does not bring honor, money and wealth if not spent for the benefit of the nation will become a place of shame and disgrace… in history, we have never heard of anyone being praised for eating delicious food or also slept on a soft bed! Only those who suffered and suffered for the common good, for the country and the nation, and who benefited their oppressed people, will be mentioned with honor.

Yes, every honor, honor, agreement, brotherhood and mutual assistance will be a source of pride for all of us... I have told you a thousand times, I will serve the least. I am not anyone's leader, I do not want anyone's leadership... But I want to be your brother, to serve you, you also become my brothers and help me, let us together become sons of the nation and serve our nation. Let us distance ourselves from the selfishness and meaningless greed of the world... Be smart and ready for the enemy, with a piece of paper, with a word, with a lie... do not forget the truth and do not be deceived.

Progress means working for knowledge, intelligence, manhood, purity, and truth to serve one's nation... I do not consider anyone who does not work for these things, whoever they may be, to be progressive. Anyone who seeks wealth, honor, and oppression, and who displeases God and people, is not considered a human being at all.

Dear brothers:

My request to you, the sons of the nation, is that you strive to make your party stronger and more organized day by day and that everyone cooperate with it... If the party is organized and its orders are carried out very well, this means that the army and the nation will become stronger and better.

The party means the organization of the whole nation, the army and every other class is a part of that nation. No revolution can succeed without the leadership of a united party. If I say party, I mean a party that is sincere to the nation and the interests of the nation, not like those who were in Mawet and oppressed the nation and called themselves a party... Now, if we want our revolution to succeed, we must strengthen this party and all of us, whether I, the army or the nation, should help our party wholeheartedly... None of us should have an eye on leadership and greatness... Everyone can acquire more ability and serve the people in exchange for their ability. The nation considers itself its leader.

If I have the ability to lead ten Peshmerga... but I want to be a leader or a sergeant or a battalion commander just to make a name for myself... That leadership is like a branch of a dry tree that I climb and it breaks and falls and breaks my neck. True manhood and service is to do everything that is entrusted to him with sincerity and keep an eye on it that serves the people. Sincerity and harmony are the two conditions for the success of the revolution. If there is selfishness and hypocrisy among us, we serve the enemy and are hostile to ourselves and our people.

A person who has a job and is responsible for several people must suffer more than those under his control, if one of his friends is hungry... he must give him his bread and accept hunger himself, because the elder must be more patient than the younger... If I call myself an elder and satisfy myself and the younger one is hungry before my eyes, I see this as a great dishonor. But if I die of hunger and save a poor person from hunger, I consider this a great honor... Humanity is to sacrifice one's happiness for the benefit of the weak and the poor... Without this cooperation and this spirit of sacrifice, we cannot seriously serve our people... We must know that we cannot win with weapons alone... We cannot win by taking money... We cannot win by looting and insulting, we cannot win by killing and violating human rights... We will win when our hearts are all pure together and the big and the small respect one and two and every Kurd considers the gains and losses of every Kurdish brother as his own gains and losses... Truly, we are all brothers... You come and I will help you, I am hungry, you give me your bread... If you needed my help, I also needed your help... Let them help one or two. There should be no selfishness in serving the nation… You are a young Kurdish man, I am also a young Kurdish man. I work for the nation, you work for the nation… We must spend our wealth, our lives, our minds, our knowledge and everything for our nation… To gain its freedom and remove the hand of the treacherous and cruel enemy from it… If we do not strive so sincerely and lovingly for our nation, we must know that we are serving the enemy and we will be responsible before God, history and the nation…

I have told that story many times. You have heard it too: like a father or mother who has two sons and one of them has a paralytic disease and comes home... Every day, father, mother, wash me, hold me, see me, be. A year, two years... His parents will say with pity: God has brought disaster on me... Oh God, in His mercy, take him away from me! Because it is difficult for him, he has no hope of good, But the other son who is alive, if his parents can afford it, spends money or clothes on him. Because if he is the son of a king, he says he will be the crown prince, if he is a stepfather, he says I will be old tomorrow, he takes the cow out and brings me bread. He hopes that he will benefit from his children… If you think that someone can help us… If we are a boy with a paralytic disease, no one will welcome us… But if we are men, everyone will help us… Even if we are not men, even if they are parents, they will always help us. They will not greet us a second time. If we are men and have a skill, all our wishes will be fulfilled… Manhood and strength are achieved through intelligence and action, we cannot do anything with words, we always say I did it, I will do it, but without action, what is the use of it?

If I have selfishness, arrogance and envy towards my nation, how can I serve it? If we do not help each other from the heart... even if we are mountains, we will collapse... My help to you is for me and your help to me is for you, we cannot be grateful to each other. Because we work both for the nation and for ourselves and we all help the nation, because we are sons of this nation, you and I are brothers and peoples of one country and our fate is intertwined. Therefore, let us all join hands with sincerity and pure brotherhood and this is the revolution of Kurdistan, as I said, it is a place of pride and what the Kurdish nation has done, no one else has done, let us not lose sight of it and gain a skill from all our difficulties and fatigue… I have lived with my friends so far in my life and have done my job: political or military, may God have mercy on me and I will remain so until now, whether with pride or with courage, God knows everything. My friends know that I have never betrayed my friend, I have never been greedy, I have not been selfish in return for my friend. I gave him bread from my pocket, endured hunger, gave my friend clothes, I endured the cold. I was also able to go to the front with my friends. I was the first to ask questions. I went to the place where the cannons and planes hit, where no one lives… If our army was attacked from the front, I was the first person to reach this situation once, twice, ten times until I reached this situation. After I returned to Iraq, I lost my strength if fear was behind, I would be the last person, even to the last breath… Why? Because I do not consider myself more precious than anyone, they are all human beings like me, we are all brothers, if we can serve, the service that we are called servants is better than all the names of leadership and greatness and it is a place of pride for a person to be a servant of his nation.

Dear brothers:

As I told you before, if we want to succeed, we must all be very systematic followers. No revolution can succeed without respecting the system. If an order comes from the party leadership, those who receive the order do not listen… It means chaos when everyone does what they want and does not respond to the order… Instead of serving the nation, they become enemies of the nation and are much dirtier than the dust… If there is no order and system in a family. no one carries out orders that are bigger than themselves. Everyone who earns something, money, puts it in his own pocket and does not give it to the rest of the people and does not work together for the happiness of the whole family… There will be chaos in the house and the house will collapse!

We are a big family in this revolution, everyone must listen to the orders that are bigger than themselves and carry them out very obediently… He must spend whatever he earns on the whole revolution. He must not take the bad profit for himself… no one should be worried when he is questioned in public… He who is pure is not afraid of being questioned… If someone is summoned to court, he should not say I will not go… Rights must be made clear. Whoever says I will not go to court, proves his guilt. If someone tells me, come to court, I will go… I will answer whatever the judge wants, I will not be worried, if I have not committed any sin… Everyone will know that I am innocent and proud.

A person becomes beautiful by obeying laws and orders... We must not deviate from the laws we have set for ourselves... unless there is chaos. If a responsible person... is transferred from one place to another. He should not say that they do not trust me, so they transferred me... No, that is not the case. This is the purpose of the revolution. Tomorrow someone else may take his place and he will go to another place. We must be obedient and work for the common good.

Everyone working in this revolution must be me first, because we are all responsible. From a peshmerga to a party member, let us not forget: If we hurt a peasant, a shepherd, a shopkeeper, a woman, a child, if we insult individuals of the nation and say bad things, if we take an egg, a chicken or whatever they call it from our nation through betrayal and oppression, we must know that we will become enemies of the people and our enemy. If the heart of the nation is with us, the enemy is a thousand times stronger... he cannot defeat us. If the heart of the nation is not with us... By God, we will be a thousand times stronger than now... We will be defeated and will not succeed... If we do not act together for the common good and have selfishness and love for ourselves, we will serve the enemy to destroy ourselves.

Dear brothers, as I always said in 1945 and 1960, I say now: we do not fight Arabs and Kurds. Not only do I say that I do not fight Arabs... I will not fight any nation. I do not fight any nation in the name of: this is yellow, this is red, this is black, this is blue, this is white... Kurds and Arabs are brothers and can live together, in brotherhood, happiness and peace. Yes, Arabs are big brothers and we are little brothers, we say that it is not fair that little brothers are hungry and naked and cannot read and learn anything for themselves and cannot express their opinion in running their own household, and the big brother has everything in the household for himself!! Justice must be done, the little brother should not feel oppressed and injustice should not be done to him.

We are not against the government if the government does not fall into the hands of thieves and thieves! Those who serve the enemy of the Kurds and Arabs. We want the interests of Iraq in our revolution… First for the Arabs, second for the Kurds and for all Iraqis. Turkmen, Assyrians, Armenians, everyone. We want a fair, democratic government with free elections and without pressure, oppression and tyranny in Iraq. There must be a just law that the Iraqi people can make for themselves… It is not every day that a soldier says: (We made this decision) and governs the Iraqi people according to his desires and selfishness, and the people cannot and do not dare to hold him to account.

We have not attacked anyone and we will not attack anyone. We will protect the legitimate rights, property, honor and lives of the Kurdish people. We never want blood to be shed between two brothers, Arabs and Kurds. Because the war and killing of us Kurds and Arabs serves the enemies of Iraq. I hope that God will give wisdom and understanding to those who want to fight us... Let them have mercy on the Iraqi people and not look at the oppression of the Kurdish people... So that all the people of Iraq can live together in happiness, brotherhood, peace and justice.

Dear brothers: We must know that the world does not belong to anyone and even if we have a thousand golden palaces, we will leave it and go underground. God says in the Quran: (We created you from it and We will return you to it and We will bring you out from it again). Only honor, dignity and humanity have value in human existence. A person should fear God and serve his people with truth and sincerity, and protect one side and two against oppression, and he should be a follower of justice and equality among people. If we do good deeds... it will not be lost to God and people, and if we do bad things, it will not be lost again. God says in the Quran: (Whoever does a weight of good will see it, and whoever does a weight of evil will see it.)

My hope is that you will accept criticism, carry out orders, put personal interests aside, keep the general interest and common good in mind, cooperate with one another... I can do that much... I entrust you to God... God help us.
