Eli Teli Kemi is known as Eli Teli. He was born in 1945 in the village of Bêbo in the district of Nêrwe and Rêkani, in the Amêdî district of Duhok province. He completed his primary education in the village of Bêbo. He studied the middle and preparatory stages in the Amêdî district. In 1975, he emigrated to Eastern Kurdistan and settled in the city of Urmia. In 1991, after the uprising and uprising of the people of Southern Kurdistan, he returned to Southern Kurdistan.
In 1961, he contacted the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga under Commander Haji Beroxi in the Nerwe and Rekan areas. He then went to Zakho and spent some time on Zakho Mountain. He participated in the battles of the Semel district and the Zawita Valley, Sark and Siwaretuka.
In 1962, the newly organized forces of the Behdinan region, under the command of Mustafa Narweyi, became Peshmerga. In the same year, with its own forces and the special forces of Mullah Mustafa Barzani He moved to the Soran district and lived in Ranye, Qeladize and Koye. In 1964, he participated in the sixth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party as a member.
In 1970, Mustafa Nêrweyî moved to the village of Bêşe, Simîlânî district, Çoman district. In 1974, he participated in the battles of Mount Zozik and Geruyê Omer Axa. In 1975, after the defeat of the September Revolution, he went to the border of Northern Kurdistan and continued partisan activities with several other Peshmerga as a mobile detachment.
In 1976, after the start May Revolution He has been in contact with the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces. He has been assigned as Amir Mefreza in the Gulan District Council. He has carried out operations in the districts of Duhok, Sheikhan, and Akre, and even near the city of Mosul. Sami Abdulrahman and 100 other peshmerga participated in the Battle of Baz.
In 1979, he went to Eastern Kurdistan and participated in the ninth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. After the congress, he returned to Southern Kurdistan. In 1988, during the extensive Anfal operation and the chemical weapons attack on the Behdinan area, he was in the village of Mazya in the Rekan district. After that operation, he went to the border of Northern Kurdistan and from there to the city of Urmia in Eastern Kurdistan.
In 1991, with the outbreak of the uprising and rebellion in the Southern Kurdistan community, he returned to Southern Kurdistan with Omar Osman and Zeim Ali through Haji Omaran and went to the city of Duhok and participated in the uprising and rebellion. In 1992, after the organization of the Acre District Committee, he became the head of the committee of that district. In 1995, he received the rank of Commander of the Acre Army. In 1997, he was transferred to the Command of the Kurdistan Army (Fe.le.k) and returned to the Acre Army again. In 2003, he received the rank of Deputy Commander of the Zerevani in Erbil. Then he was transferred to the Zerevani Command Office in the city of Duhok. He participated in the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th congresses of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
On December 16, 2010, at the 13th congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, by the President Masoud Barzani He has received the Barzani Immortal Medal.
