Biography
Amin Qadir Assad, known as (Teacher Amin), was born in 1952 in the city of Erbil, and studied primary, secondary and preparatory school in Erbil. In 1975, he emigrated to Iran after the defeat of the September Revolution. In 1976, he returned to Southern Kurdistan and settled in Erbil. In 1978, he completed the chemistry department at the College of Science of Baghdad University. In 1979, he was appointed as a teacher. He passed away in Erbil in 1997 and was buried in Erbil. He was an expert in Kurdish, Arabic and Persian languages and passed away on the night of July 9, 1997 due to illness.

Emin Qadir Assad joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Students' Union in 1966. In 1969, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union. In 1989, he was appointed as a senior member of the committee for the supervision of migrants in Iran (Kurdistan Front). In 1990, he became an executive member of the local office of the Kurdistan Front. In 1991, he worked on the Erbil high committee of the Kurdistan Front. In 1991, he was in charge of the Raperin branch in the Qaladiz, Ranye and Koye axis of the Kurdistan Socialist Party. In 1992, he became in charge of the Koye branch of the Kurdistan Socialist Party. In 1992, he was a candidate on the Unity list of the Kurdistan National Council (Kurdistan Parliament). In 1992, he was a member of the organization school of the Kurdistan Unity Party. In 1993, he became in charge of the Erbil branch of the Kurdistan Unity Party. In 1993, he participated in the second congress of the Kurdistan Unity Party with the aim of dissolving it and uniting with the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
