Jurist and politician Kakemin Mustafa Amin, known as Kakemin Necar, joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in 1979 and the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces in 1983. Biography
Kakemin Necar was born in 1966 in the city of Erbil. He received his bachelor's degree in law from Salaheddin University - Erbil in 2004. He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and Persian.
