Ibrahim Mihemed Aziz, known as (Ibrahim Reşaveyi), was born in 1928 in the village of Reşaveya in the Nehêlî district of the Amêdî district of the Duhok province. In 1959, he joined the ranks of the KDP and in 1961, with the beginning of the September Revolution, he joined the ranks of the Peshmerga in the Berwarî Bala district with his own weapon and participated in the battles of the Amêdî region with the Peshmerga of Mullah Shin. Later, he became a Peshmerga under Haris Xano Bêdaruni and participated in the battles of Xîzala, Gôra Bâhîvê, Sêre Bêdarunê, Pirê Çemê. In 1962, with General Mustafa Barzani He moved to the Soran district. He was initially in Doleraqe and then in Sengeser with Hiso Mirxan Jajuki. In 1964 he was transferred to the Gelale district and in 1965 he was transferred to Qesr. He suffered a back injury due to carrying and transporting boxes of cartridges and cannonballs and was transferred to Urmia where he underwent surgery.
In 1975, after the defeat of the revolution, the former was on leave and handed over his weapon to the Iraqi regime. However, he illegally went to the Doskiyan area and reached Northern Kurdistan. Then to the Zewa Camp and the city of Nakheda, where he became a guard at the Barzani Base. After Barzani left for Karaj, the former was transferred to the Jahrim Camp and from there he was sent to the city of Abadan. Then he illegally reached the city of Karaj and met with Idris Barzani. On September 16, 1976, Idris Barzani sent him to Southern Kurdistan.
In 1980, the Peshmerga Force under Mustafa Narwayi was formed. In 1980, after the start of the war between Iraq and Iran, the Islamic State in the Behdinan area was gradually liberated. For this reason Ibrahim Reshaveyi He went to the village of Ele in the Nerwe area, where he founded a village of about 40 Peshmerga families. In 1988, after the widespread Anfal operation and the chemical attacks on the Behdinan district, he and all the families from that village reached Northern Kurdistan and returned to Eastern Kurdistan on October 10, 1989. In 1992, after the uprising and uprising of the people of Southern Kurdistan, he returned to Southern Kurdistan.
Ibrahim Reshaveyi participated in 39 battles and was wounded in the battles of Serê Amêdî in 1961, the battles of the Çoman region in 1974, and the battle of Geliye Reshawe in the Amêdî region in 1978. In 2010, at the thirteenth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, he was appointed by the President Masoud Barzani He has received the Barzani Medal.
