Biography
Khedir Abdullah Rasul was born on February 1, 1936, in the city of Koy, Erbil province. He received his Bachelor's degree from Baghdad College on July 12, 1976. In 1975, after the defeat of the September Revolution He emigrated to Iran, was arrested by the Iranian SAVAK in the same year, and after a year in Iran, returned to Iraq and was exiled to the city of Diwaniyah by the Iraqi government, and was exiled to the city of Kut in 1978-1980. In addition to his native language, he also speaks Arabic and English.

In August 1974, two Iraqi army helicopters were shot down. He retired in 1992 with the rank of Lieutenant.
