Wirya Mihemed Reuf, known as (Wirya Saati), was a member of the interim leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the Berlin conference in 1976. In 1977, he was one of the participants in the extended meeting of the interim leadership. In 1979, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the ninth congress. In 1981, upon the establishment of the Kurdistan People's Democratic Party, he became a member of the central committee and later the political school. In 1993, he contacted the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
Biography
Wirya Mihemed Reuf was born in the city of Sulaymaniyah. In 1975, after the defeat of the September Revolution, he moved to Iran and in 1976, he moved to Europe. He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and German.

Wirya Muhammad Rauf, after the collapse of the situation between the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party in 1974, contacted the ranks of the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution and was elected a member of the provisional leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the 1976 Berlin conference of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1979, he became a member of the preparatory committee for the ninth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and left the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party the same year. In 1981, he was elected by the representatives of the Kurdistan People's Democratic Party congress as a member of the central committee and later the political school. In 1993, he joined the ranks of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
