Wasman Bas Hussein was martyred in the Battle of Omar Axa Valley in 1964.

Martyr Wasman Bas Hussein was born in 1939 in the village of Siwan, in the town of Sidekan, in the province of Erbil. He was a villager and farmer, and was married.
