The politician Salaheddin Ibrahim Qadir, known as (Selah Delo), was elected in 1992 as a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the first round of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) elections. Salah Delo, born in 1949 in the city of Kirkuk, is a high school graduate. In 1992, he became Assistant Minister of Finance in the first cabinet and in 1994, Minister of Finance of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the second cabinet.
