In 1965, in Haji Omaran with Mullah Mustafa Barzani He made a meeting and contacted the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the 3rd battalion of the Balek force under the command of Mullah Amin. Due to his skills and courage, he was immediately called Sarleq. He participated in many battles in the Rawandiz and Diyana areas. In 1974, during the Iraqi army's attack on Mount Korek towards Bexal and the city of Rawandiz, he was martyred as a result of a defenseless attack. His body was taken by the Peshmerga under the control of Iraqi army soldiers and taken to the village of Faqiyan and buried there.
