Engineer and politician Sefin Muhsin Hemed Emin Bayiz, known as Sefin Dizeyi, was elected a member of the central committee at the twelfth congress in 1999 and a member of the Leadership Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the thirteenth congress in 2010.
Biography
Safin Dizey was born in Erbil in 1963 and comes from a Dizey family. He studied in Arabic from the middle to the fifth grade of primary school at the Chaldean Monks School and completed his preparatory course in the British Empire in 1978. He received his diploma in 1984 and then obtained a bachelor's degree in decorative engineering in 1986. He served as the Minister of Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the sixth cabinet (2009-2012). Safin Dizeyi He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, English, Turkish and Persian.
