Mustafa Hussein Muhammad Bapir, known as (Mustafa Amedi and Mudir). He was born in 1939 in the Amedi district of Duhok province. In 1961, he joined the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga. In the same year, he participated in the battles of the Zawita Valley in the Duhok district and the Duban Plain in the Zakho district. At the same time, he was taught to read Morse code and became the head of the Bethel. After the formation of the Bahdinan forces, Mustafa Amedi was assigned the task of supervising the Bethel equipment of the Bahdinan Military Force and was with Asad Khoshvi, continuing in his role until 1975.
In 1975, after the defeat of the September Revolution, he went to Eastern Kurdistan and settled in the Zewa camp. Before the Iranian government closed down the camp, Mustafa Amadi was transferred to the city of Siminan. In 1979, after the overthrow of the Shah of Iran and the coming to power of the Islamic Republic, he returned to the city of Urmia and settled his family there. He personally went to the Zewa camp and was responsible for the political school's relations with the Leq and Peshmerga forces through the Bethel devices. He opened three training centers for the Bethel department's cadres and taught a number of cadres how to use the Bethel device and work with Morse code.
In 1991, after the uprising and rebellion in Southern Kurdistan, with the President's School Masoud Barzani He returned to Pirmam and continued his work there. In the same year, he was appointed a member of the Bethel Liaison Affairs Management Committee by the Political School.
On August 16, 1996, on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, for the services they have provided, they were awarded the title of President. Masoud Barzani He has received the Barzani Medal.
Mustafa Amed passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 84.
