Biography
Heydar Muhammad Amin was born in 1927 in Erbil. He took his final preparatory examination in prison in 1946. In 1948, he was accepted into the English Department of the Baghdad College of Education and received his Bachelor's degree in English from the Baghdad College of Education. In 1953, he was denied the right to establish a school due to the Kurdish struggle and worked in a private company in Baghdad to support himself. In 1957, he was established as a teacher at Hilla Secondary School. In 1958, after the end of the Iraqi Kingdom, he was transferred to the Erbil Education Administration and worked as a teacher. In 1958, he became an English teacher at the Erbil Primary Teachers' House.
He passed away on December 16, 1960, in the city of Erbil due to a heart attack. On December 22, 1960, the newspaper Xebat, the organ of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, published the news of his death. The Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Kurdistan Teachers' Union, Erbil Branch, expressed their condolences to his family. He was fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English.

In 1942, he participated in the demonstration at the gates of Erbil province for the release of lawyer Ewnî Yousif Ehmed (1908-1988) and Dr. Caafer Mihemed Karîm (1910-2000), known as Dr. Jaafer Fayli is known as Hassan Taha Abdulaziz (1915-1999), also known as Hassan Ketani, who was imprisoned by the governor of Erbil for his Kurdish struggle. He was elected as a member of the executive committee and shortly after was appointed as the secretary of the Kurdistan Students' Union. In 1959, he became the head of the Erbil District Committee under the second division committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - United.
In 1959, he was a member of the preparatory committee for the fourth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Iraq. In 1959, he was a delegate to the fourth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Iraq in Baghdad. On December 10, 1959, he represented the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) at the headquarters of the Xebat newspaper in Erbil on the occasion of the recovery and release of Zeim Ruken Abdulkarim Qasim (1914-1963) from the hospital, who had survived an assassination attempt by the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, and gave a speech to the public about his recovery. From August 15 to 17, 1960, he was the representative of Erbil province at the second congress of the Kurdish Teachers' Union (Second Shaqlawa Congress). In 1960, he was elected by the Congress delegates as an alternate member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) (5th Congress). In 1961, he was elected as a deputy member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Central Committee (5th Congress). In 1960, he was the secretary of the Erbil branch of the Kurdistan Teachers' Union.
