Martyr Feqa Rasul Rustem was born in 1963 in the Qaladiz district of the Pişder district of Sulaymaniyah province, and his level of education was primary. He was born in Qaladiz. Feqa Rasul was a housewife and during his exile in Iran, he married Nesrin Sharif, who was originally from Eastern Kurdistan, and they had a son and two daughters.
His father, Rasul Rustem, was in the epic poem "Kevereşi" September Revolution He was martyred in 1974, and in 1985, two of his brothers, Mariwan Rasul and Şoreş Rasul, were martyred in the bombing of the Zewê camp in Iran by the Ba'ath regime's military aircraft, and their sister, Pîrîz Rasul, was seriously injured. Furthermore, the Faqe Rasul family has not returned to this day and has settled in the city of Sardasht in Iran.
In 1984, contact with May Revolution and becomes the Peshmerga and the Peshmerga force of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, which was commanded by Faqa Usu at the time.
Feqe Rasul actively participated in the movements of the partisan detachments in the Pishder and Bitwen areas.
In 1988, he returned to Qaladiz for a partisan activity and a secret cell meeting. After completing his work and returning to Iran, he was ambushed by the Ba'ath regime's military at the border and was arrested with a group of revolutionary documents and transferred to Abu Gharib prison. Two months after his arrest, he was hanged on April 13, 1988, by the Ba'ath regime's court and became a martyr. He is also one of those martyrs whose grave is unknown.
