This book is a compilation and translation of several documents on the struggle of Mullah Mustafa Barzani between the years (1946-1979), most of which include letters and meetings between Mustafa Barzani's family and American leaders, as well as information and intelligence reports specific to the September Revolution.

The documents are arranged chronologically, consist of a preface, a document, and a translator's note that provides some information about the content of the documents, and in addition to the translations of the documents and the original documents, they also include a bibliography.
