Martyr Khaybullah Hassan Aziz was born in 1922 in the village of Tabakur in the Shuwan district of Kirkuk province. He was a peasant and was engaged in farming and livestock farming. He attended primary school. Khaybullah Hassan was married to Fakhria Faqe Amin.
Joined in 1968 September Revolution He became a pêşmerge in the 1st Battalion of Shuwan under the command of Hemesor Husên of the Liberation Forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).
In 1969, Khaybullah Hassan and four of his friends were ambushed by the Iraqi army at the entrance to the Shuwan district. After the clash, Khaybullah Hassan was captured and wounded, taken to the Shuwan district center, shot, and martyred.
