Sulêman Ebdulla Mustafa was born in 1942 in the village of Sekran in the Ruwandiz district of Erbil. He was a peasant and engaged in farming, was uneducated, and was married.

Joined the Peshmerga forces in 1961. September Revolution He became a peshmerga in the 3rd battalion of the Balek force, commanded by the martyr Mullah Amin Barzani. He participated in the battles of Ruwandiz, Sertiz and Korek and was wounded once. In 1974, he was martyred in a heavy battle in the town of Ruwandiz by the bullet of the Iraqi Army.
