Mustafa Omer Sêwik Lêlkani

Mustafa Omer Sêwik Lêlkani was born in 1973 in the village of Lêlkani in the Sidekan district of Erbil province. He studied until primary school. In 1988, he emigrated to Iran and returned to Southern Kurdistan in 1991 after the uprising of the Southern Kurdistan People's Republic.
