Mustafa Jafar Yusuf

Mustafa Jafar Yusuf, alias (Seyid Mustafa), joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in 1961 and became a pêşmerge. He was martyred on December 5, 1975, in the village of Bersirîn due to Iraqi artillery fire.

Martyr Mustafa Jafar Yusuf was born in 1933 in the village of Binekawle in the Ruwandiz district of Erbil province. He was a farmer, uneducated, and married. In 1966, two of his sons were martyred as a result of the Iraqi regime's shelling.
