Martyr Muhammad Faraj Shaweys Nadir was born in 1963 in the village of New, in the Khurmal district of Halabja province. He grew up in the countryside and studied until the primary stage. In 1979, he was forcibly resettled in the Sayyid Sadiq district by the Ba'ath regime and became the owner of a sweet shop in the Sayyid Sadiq market.
In the first month of 1979, he joined the Martyr Abubakar Bani Binokî battalion, which at that time was part of the Surên force of the Derbendîxan District Committee of the Fourth Division of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
He participated in the Qacir battle, the Shaneri battle, the Ahmed Awa battle, the Rezle battle, the Rebaye battle of Bani Sheran on the edge of the Surên mountain, the Sheram mountain battle, and partisan activities in the Sharezur plain and partisan activities in the city of Sulaymaniyah. He was one of the Peshmerga who participated in partisan activities in the city of Sulaymaniyah and burned down all the bases of the Sha'eb army in the city of Sulaymaniyah in several actions.
Mihemed Ferec Şaweys Nadir was wounded three times in his Peshmerga career. In 1982, he was shot and wounded in the village of Bani Binokî during an attack to capture the Ba'ath regime's strongholds on the slopes of Mount Surên. In August 1983, he and a group of his comrades were ambushed by the Ba'ath regime's forces in the village of Newê on the slopes of Mount Surên, and was shot in the thigh and wounded again. In 1984, after a partisan action near the village of Berdebel, which involved the burning of several Ba'ath military barracks, he and three of his comrades hid in a cave on the edge of Mount Surên until the situation returned to normal. However, the Ba'ath regime's artillery shelled the cave and it collapsed on them, resulting in the injury of Mihemed Farec Şaweys and the martyrdom of his comrade, Hema Saeed Comeresi.
In 1985, he was appointed as a member of the Derbendîxan District Council of the Fourth District. On November 20, 1986, Mihemed Ferec Şaweys and a group of his comrades wanted to go to the Şarezûr plain for an action, but near the rebays of the village of Dere Surâni, behind the village of Ehmed Awa, they fell into a military ambush of the Ba'ath regime and Mihemed Ferec Şaweys was martyred and Enwer Hacî Osman was seriously injured.
