ShEhid Muhammad Ali was born in 1949 in the village of Kariza in the Xalkhalan district of the Shuwan district of Kirkuk province. He was a farmer and worked as a farmer. He studied until primary school. In 1980, he moved to Kirkuk province and settled in the Rahimawe neighborhood. Muhammad Ali was married to Jawahir Karim and had five sons and five daughters.

Joined in 1986 May Revolution and is part of the Khalkhalan force of the third league of the D Party.willHe became a peshmerga in democratic Kurdistan, participated in partisan activities in the region under the command of Cheto Mullah Rashid, and was promoted to the rank of major in that force in 1987.

On March 19, 1991, he entered Kirkuk with a group of his friends to prepare and get closer to the bases of the Ba'ath regime. They attacked the youth center in Kirkuk province at the time, but in order to prepare themselves better, they withdrew and were surrounded by a large force of the Ba'ath regime in the cemetery of the Rehimawe neighborhood. After the fighting and clashes, Mihemed Ali was martyred.
