Meqdîd Hamed Ali Faqe was born in 1955 in the village of Girtgê, in the Çoman district of Erbil province. He was a villager and engaged in farming.
Joined in 1971 September Revolution He became a peshmerga in the 4th Battalion of the Balek Force, which was then commanded by Izet Sulêman Beg Dergeleyi, and participated in the battles of Korek and Hindurinî. In 1974, he was martyred in a mine explosion during his Peshmerga duty on Mount Hindurinî.
