In 1987, Maqsud Feqe, along with Martyr Hadi Amokeyi, Cemil Aziz Axa, and Mihemed Silêman Aziz, contacted the secret organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Shaqlawe District Committee, and carried out several party activities on that border.
In 1991, after the uprising of the people of Southern Kurdistan, he contacted the Peshmerga forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and participated in the uprising and liberation of the towns of Khalifan, Soran, Shaqlawa, and the cities of Hewler and Kirkuk.
In 1991, the Korek force, commanded by Hussein Lawke Surchi, from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, became Peshmerga along with Rasul Faqa.
In 1994-1995, he participated in the battles to defend the law and sovereignty of Kurdistan in the villages of Dergele and Roleya Zînî Wertê and the battles of Dola Alane and Kel Kel and Serê Ciwanega and Kepkî Hemed Axa and Girdezoz and Sidekan in the Biradost area. In 1995, he became the Head of the Intelligence Department of the Second Brigade in the 31st Brigade of Dola Biyaw in the 5th Army of the Spilk. In 1996, he participated in the liberation of the city of Erbil and was wounded in the same year in the city of Qaladize.
On August 20, 1997, he was martyred by PKK militants in the fight to defend the rule of law.
