Kemal Hesen Abdulrahman Amin, known as (Kemal Hesen Çawmar), contacted the ranks of the Kurdistan Students' Union in 1965 and joined the ranks of the Party (PDK) in the same year. On March 8, 1991, he was in charge of the axis of the city of Sulaymaniyah in the Southern Kurdistan Uprising. In 1992, he became the deputy governor of Sulaymaniyah (first cabinet). In 1993, he became an alternate member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the Eleventh Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In the years (1997 - 1999), he was in charge of the Sulaymaniyah Fourth District Committee.
Biography
Kemal Hesen Abdulrahman Amin, known as Kemal Hesen Çawmar, was born in 1949 in the city of Sulaymaniyah. He emigrated to the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1980. From July 15 to 17, 1991, he participated in the Second Congress of the Kurdistan Human Rights Organization (K.H.R.O.) in Sulaymaniyah as the deputy governor of Sulaymaniyah. In 1992, he became the deputy governor of Sulaymaniyah (first cabinet). In 1994, he was appointed as the deputy governor of Sulaymaniyah by the Kurdistan Regional Government. In 2003, he received a bachelor's degree from the Law Department of Salaheddine University. He is fluent in Kurdish, Persian and Arabic.

In 1974, he became a Peshmerga in the Fourth Division Committee. In 1974, he became the administrative head of the Fourth Division Committee. In 1980, he became a member of the Fourth Division Committee. In 1981, he was injured in the Penjwen area (Sulaymaniyah). In 1982, he became the executive of the Third and Fourth Division Committees, which were inevitably managed by a single staff member due to the turbulent situation in the Kurdistan Democratic Party at that time. In 1984, he became the executive of the Fourth Division Committee and was responsible for the organization department. On July 16, 1985, he was established as a member of the department in the organization department. In 1989, he was a representative of the Tenth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
In 1991, he was appointed by the Kurdistan Front as the leader of the third axis for the liberation of the city of Sulaymaniyah during the Southern Kurdistan Uprising. On March 7, 1991, he participated in the liberation of the town of Chwarta in the Sulaymaniyah province. On March 8, 1991, he was the leader of the axis of the city of Sulaymaniyah during the Southern Kurdistan Uprising. On March 21, 1991, he participated in the liberation of the city of Kirkuk. In 1993, he was appointed as a member of the preparatory committee of the Eleventh Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party on the Fourth Border Committee. In 1993, he became an alternate member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Yekgirtu (Eleventh Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party). In 1994, he became the deputy governor of Sulaymaniyah and head of the organization department and executive of the Sulaymaniyah Fourth District Committee. In 1994, he was captured by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan forces at the beginning of the civil war in Sulaymaniyah. In the years (1997-1999), he was head of the Sulaymaniyah Fourth District Committee. In 1999, he ran for membership in the Central Committee at the Twelfth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, but was unsuccessful.
