Martyr Kemal Ali Nadir Muhammad was born in 1947 in the Xurmal district of Halabja province. He was a resident of Xurmal and was engaged in farming and was a merchant in the Xurmal market and had studied up to the primary level.

Martyr Kemal Ali Nadir Muhammad joined the ranks of the Peshmerga of the September Revolution in 1967 and became a Peshmerga in the Fifth Division under the command of Hisen Beg Ciwanroy, under the Seventh Battalion of the Biyare Brigade under the command of Cemal Namiq, under the Working Force of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

After news spread that Kemal Ali Nadir Muhammad had become a Peshmerga, his father Kemal was arrested by a militia leader named Rashey Salih, who then seized all of their farmland and property, and his family was expelled from the Xurmal district.

Kemal Ali participated in the battle of the Kolwane Surekan forces in the Xurmal district in 1968, the Battle of Arbat in 1968, the Battle of the Kolwane Surekan in the Şinriw Mountains in 1969, and the Battle of the Kolwane Surekan forces in Ebabeyl near Halabja province in 1969.

The Kolwane Surekan soldiers became the leaders and guides of the then Iraqi army in the defense positions of the Peshmerga forces that attacked the Ebabeyle stronghold in 1969, and Kemal Ali was martyred by a Kolwane Surekan bullet.
