Hisên Mihemed Ebdula Xale was born in 1962 in the village of Bêselmênî, in the Warmawe district of the Sharezua district of Sulaymaniyah province. He grew up in the countryside and was engaged in farming.

In 1979, contact with the Peshmerga forces May Revolution He joined the Kurdistan Democratic Party and became a Peshmerga in the Sirwan organization affiliated with the Khanaqin District Committee of the Third Division of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1981, he participated in the Battle of Berde Dukuni in the Shemran district of the Derbendixan district and in 1982 in the Battle of Shemran district of the Derbendixan district of Sulaymaniyah province.

On February 6, 1982, he and his comrade Bayer Bêrawayi attempted to cross the Sirwan River in the Shemêran area to the Sharezur Plain by boat. They were bombed by Iraqi army warplanes in the middle of the river and were martyred there.
