Hesen Mihemed Sûre Mihemed, known as (Dr. Hesen Sûr), was known as (Dr. Hesen Sûr). In 1985, he worked as a doctor with the Peshmerga forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1990-1991, before the uprising in Southern Kurdistan, he carried out several special missions for President Masoud Barzani for several personalities in the Soran, Shaqlawe, Pirmam, Haji Omaran and Khalifan regions on the border of Erbil province. In 1993, he became the head of the eleventh branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Ranye. In 1999, he was elected by the congress delegates as a member of the central committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the twelfth congress in the ninth place. In 2009, he became a member of the Kurdistan National Council (Kurdistan Parliament) on the list of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Biography

Hesen Mihemed Sûre Mihemed, known as (Dr. Hesen Sûre). He was born in 1955 in the city of Sulaymaniyah. He graduated from the medical college at the University of Mosul in 1982 and is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English.

He was the Director of the Hospital, and in the years (1992-1997) he was the Director General of Health in the Kurdistan Regional Government. In 1999, he was elected by the congress representatives as a member of the central committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the twelfth congress and ranked ninth. In 2003, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Eleventh District Committee of the Kurdistan Region.

On Thursday, April 24, 2003, he published articles in the newspaper Birayeti, the organ of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2003, he was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Third Kirkuk District Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2004, he was appointed as the Head of the Eleventh Ranye District Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party for the second time. In 2009, he was a candidate on the Kurdistan list in the July 25, 2009 elections of the Kurdistan National Council. In 2009, he became a member of the Kurdistan National Council (third term) on the list of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2009, he was elected Vice President of the Kurdistan National Council by the representatives in the third term of the Kurdistan National Council. On November 6, 2009, he became a member of the Health and Environmental Affairs Committee of the Kurdistan National Council (third term). On November 6, 2009, he became a member of the Communication and Cultural Affairs and Information and Innovation Committee of the Kurdistan National Council (third term). In the years (2009 - 2013), he was a member of the Health and Environmental Affairs Committee of the Kurdistan National Council.
