Fariq Hassan Hussein was born in 1919 in the town of Diyana, in the Erbil province. He lived in the countryside, farmed, and was married.
Joined in 1968 September Revolution He became a peshmerga in the Erîf Yasîn Battalion of the Balek Force and participated in the battles of Zozkê, Hindirîn and Sartîz. He was martyred in 1974 in the village of Selman Awa, near the city of Diyana, as a result of the bombing of the Ba'th regime.
