Politician Ali Ewni Ni'mat Mihê joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Students' Union in 1984 and the Kurdistan Democratic Party in 1985. Biography

Ali Ewni was born in 1967 in the city of Zakho. In 1975, after the defeat of the September Revolution, he emigrated with his family to Iran and completed his primary and secondary education there, and returned to his homeland in 1991 after the uprising in Southern Kurdistan. In 2003, he received a master's degree in Kurdish literature from Salaheddine University. He is fluent in Kurdish (all four dialects: Kurmanji, Sorani, Luri, Gorani), Persian, English, and Arabic.

In 1999, he was a delegate to the 12th congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Erbil. In 2001, he became the executive director of the 8th branch of Zakho. In 2005, he became the head of the 8th branch of Zakho. In 2007, he became the head of the central school of public organizations. In 2010, he became the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Cadres' Conference and was elected a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's leadership council at the 13th congress in 2010.

 

He was the head of the 20th district committee of Sheikhan in the years (2011 - 2017), the head of the 10th district committee of Soran in 2017 of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and is currently (2022) the head of the 8th district committee of Zakho.
