Abdulwahid Hamed Law, also known as Abdulwahid Hamed Law, was born in 1946 in the village of Guwane, Diyana district, Erbil province. He was married and had two sons and four daughters.
In 1964, he joined the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK), rose through the ranks of the party, and eventually became a member of the Rwandese District Committee. In the same year, he joined the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces, becoming a peshmerga in the Seyid Asi Battalion of the Balek Force. He soon became a commander in the same battalion. After the agreement of March 11, 1970 between the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) and the Mullah Mustafa Barzani and the Beis Party, Abdulwahid Hamed Law continued the organization within the Rwandese district committee.
In 1974, after the start of the war and clashes between the Peshmerga Forces and the Ba'ith Party, Abdulwahid Hamed Law once again took up the Peshmerga weapon and defended Kurdistan. On April 17, 1974, he was martyred with his brother, cousin and several relatives in the battle of Mount Gorez near the village of Balekian in the Diyana district.
Due to the war situation and the bombardment by enemy tanks and artillery, the bodies of the martyrs could not be buried in the village of Guwan, so they were buried in the village of Sitkan.
