Martyr Abdollah Reza Abdollahrehman Celil, known as (Sheikh Abdollah), was born in 1937 in the village of Sheikh Bizeni in the district of Axceler. He grew up in the countryside and was engaged in farming. He completed his primary education in the madrasahs and cells of the Sheikhs of Sheikh Bizeni. Abdollah Reza had two wives named Sa'diye Necim and Sa'diye Ali and had six sons and two daughters named Fatih, Nasih, Serdar, Serwet, Saman, Serwer, Nejibe and Hajar. In 1975, after the defeat of the Eylul Revolution, he emigrated to Iran and settled in the city of Shino.
During the third Anfal operation in March 1988 in the Germiyan area, Sa'diye Ali, his family, and four sons and one daughter named Serdar, Serwet, Saman, Serwer, and Nejibe were killed in the Anfal operation and are still missing.
In 1954, Martyr Abdullah Reza contacted Haji Sheikh Qadir, the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party organization in the Germiyan and Kirkuk regions, and became a member of the underground organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1956, he was arrested in the Axceler district for an organized activity and was later transferred to the Çemçemal security agency and then to the Kirkuk militia. He was also released in 1958 after two years of imprisonment. In 1962, he contacted the Peshmerga ranks of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the First Division of the Second Axceler Battalion under the command of Martyr Erîf İsmail, which was part of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Liberation Force.
He participated in the battles of the September Revolution, such as the battles of Çinartu Axceler, Çemi Rezan, Xalxalan, the Battle of Xaneqin, Derbendixan and the Battle of Hacı Umaran. In 1964, he received the rank of Sergeant in the First Division of the Second Battalion of Axceler and in 1967, he became the head of the Military School of the First Division of that Battalion.
Martyr Abdullah Reza rejoined the Peshmerga in 1977 during his exile. May Revolution and has been affiliated with the Third Party of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. At the same time, he has received the executive rank of the Shiwani District Committee of the Third Party.
In June 1979, Abdullah Reza and 11 of his comrades, under the command of their leader, were sent to the Maydani district of the Khanaqin district, to prevent the Arab families who had been settled in the area with the aim of Arabizing Kurdistan. Abdullah Reza and his comrades successfully completed two missions at two different times. However, during their return from the third mission, on June 7, 1979, the Ba'ath Party General Security had planted a mine in Khanaqin, and as a result, a mine exploded in their car, killing Abdullah Reza and all 11 of his comrades. Later, their bodies were transferred to Iran by the cadres of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in that area and were buried by the KDP leadership and his family in the city of Shino, Iran.
