Ewla Reş Rustaei contacted the Peshmerga forces during the September Revolution in 1969 as a teenager and became a Peshmerga in the Balek force. He has participated in several partisan battles. The Battle of Kospi Spi on the Soran and Haji Omaran roads, the Battle of Gor Netwe ​​in the Similan district of the Choman district of Erbil province. In 1994, he was seriously injured in a battle to defend the rule of law in the village of Juyzanî, the Gelale district of the Choman district, along with PKK militants, and was martyred by PKK militants on the night of June 9, 1999, while defending the Kurdistan Region's borders and borders.
