, his father was martyred in the Battle of Haji Omaran on November 19, 1980. After the 1991 uprising of the people of Kurdistan against the Ba'ath regime in Iraq, he returned to the land of Southern Kurdistan and went to Britain to study. In the eighth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government, he was initially the General Manager in the Ministry's Office and then the Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Planning of the Kurdistan Regional Government. On November 6, 2022, at the Fourteenth Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the city of Duhok, he was elected as a Member of the Central Committee by the members of the congress.
