Biography

Salih Abdul-Xaliq Rashid, known as Seyid Salih Barwari, was born in 1931 in the village of Çem Seyda in the Barwariya Bala district of Duhok province. He emigrated to the Shah of Iran in 1975 after the defeat of the September Revolution. He passed away on March 15, 1992 and was buried in the Şaxkê cemetery in the city of Duhok.
