Martyr Muhammad Tofîq Azîz Muhammad, known as (Heme Çawciwan), was born in 1951 in the Xurmal district of Halabja province. He was a resident of Xurmal and worked in the market. He was a middle school student and Muhammad Tofîq Azîz Muhammad became a housewife and his family name was Şikofe Saîd and he had a daughter named Rezan.
Martyr Muhammad Tofiq Aziz Muhammad became a Peshmerga during the September Revolution in 1968 and was affiliated with the Fifth Brigade of the Seventh Battalion of the Biyare Brigade, which was affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party, where Hisên Begê Ciwanroyî was the Chief of Staff and Cemal Namiq was the Battalion Commander at the time.
He participated in the battles of Kolwane Surekan's forces in Ebabeyle in 1969 and in the battles of Mount Şinirwe in 1974, the Battle of Derbendixan in 1974, the Battle of Dervazi Arbet in 1974, the Battle of Hacî Omaran in 1974, the Battle of Sertîz in 1974, and the Battle of Mount Zozik in 1974.
On October 27, 1974, Muhammad Tofiq was martyred as a result of the artillery shelling of the then Iraqi regime on the Peshmerga forces' positions on Mount Zozik.
