Organizing the Congress:

Due to the need for self-organization, changes in the management and structure of the organization, the Secretariat School of the Qutb Union of Kurdistan decided to hold a new congress in 2010. In accordance with the congress's objectives, a preparatory committee was formed and members voted in all the organizations of the organization for the congress.

The Congress was held on February 24-25, 2010 in the city of Erbil under the supervision and presence of the President. Masoud Barzani and began with the presence of 292 delegates. Several changes were made in this congress regarding the election of the secretary and the organization of the organization, including the direct election of the secretary from the congress and the structural system of the organizations as a part of the Party, i.e. wherever there are party leagues and districts, leagues and districts of the Qutb Union should also be opened(1).

8- Diyar Omer Sheikh Mihemed - Member of the Secretarial School.
