Ibrahim Tofiq Ahmed Kake was born in 1971 in the village of Newe, in the Xurmal district. He was a resident of the nearby Barike forced settlement of Seyid Sadiq and studied up to the second grade of the central school. In 1980, he joined the Penjiwan District Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Fourth Division. In 1984, he joined the Abdullah Seyyed Ma'rif detachment, which was in charge of the Penjiwan district's military headquarters, and participated in several battles. Some of them were the battle of Ahmed Awa in 1986, the battle of Qaradakh in 1987, the battle of Xwakurk in 1988, and the partisan activities in the Sharazur plain and the city of Halabja.
In 1987, during the Battle of Qaradax, which was a confrontation with the Ba'ath regime's forces and soldiers, he was shot and injured. In 1988, he was shot and injured for the second time in the Battle of Xwakurk.
In 1991, he participated in the popular uprising of the Kurdistan people and participated in the liberation of the city of Halabja, the Sayyid Sadiq district, the Nalparez district, the Arbat district, the cities of Sulaymaniyah and Kirkuk.
He was martyred on March 20, 1991, during the liberation of the city of Kirkuk and inside the Emna Ba'ath camp.
