Martyr Hisên Mihemed Ferec Ehmed was born in 1952 in the old village of Miwane, near the Seyid Sadiq district. He grew up in the countryside and was engaged in farming. He studied until the primary stage. Hisên Mihemed became a farmer and his family name was Nazdar Ebdula and he had a daughter named Jiyan.

In 1968, he joined the ranks of the Peshmerga of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the Fifth Division under the command of Ahmed Çeqji, who was in charge of the Tenth Battalion of the Peshmerga, under the command of Aziz Etrushi, who was in charge of the Work Force of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. On February 8, 1971, he became a cadre of the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union and served as the leader of the organizations in the Seyid Sadiq district.

Martyr Hisên Mihemed participated in the Battle of Jalaliye Kolwane Surekan on Mount Şinriwê in 1969, the Battle of Kani Sard in 1974, the Battle of Derwazey Arbet in 1974, and the Battle of Derbendîxan in 1974.

On April 20, 1974, as a result of the artillery shelling of the then Iraqi regime on the Peshmerga defenses on Mount Zimnako near Derbendixan, Hussein Muhammad and three of his comrades, Muhammad Mam Awil, known as Hame Sur, Jamal Muhammad, known as Jamal Hame Dezi, and Rahim Hawrami, were martyred.
