Hussein Ibrahim Ababekir was a Peshmerga of the September Revolution and was martyred in the Battle of Mount Zozik in 1968.
Martyr Hisên İbrahim Ebabekir was born in 1942 in the village of Rustê in the Balekayeti area of Erbil province. He grew up in the countryside and was engaged in farming.
In 1965, he joined the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the 3rd Battalion of the Balek force, participating in the battles of Gorez, Hindiren, and Mount Korek. In 1968, he was martyred by the Ba'ath regime army in the Battle of Mount Zozik.
