Martyr Hesen Mihemed Kaki, known as Hesen Heme Sûr, was born in 1957 in the village of Wilesimtî, in the Seyid Sadiq district. He grew up in a village and was engaged in farming. He studied until the primary stage and Hesen Heme Sûr became a housewife and his family name was Amine Mahmud.
In 1981, he became a Peshmerga in the Heme Salih Qadir detachment, which at that time was headed by the martyr Ebubekir Bani Binokî battalion of the Surên force of the Derbendîxan District Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Fourth Division. He participated in the Nawgirdan battle in 1981, the Rezle and Parezan battle in 1981, the Gulan mountain battle in 1982, and partisan activities in the Sharezur plain. In the battle of the Nawgirdan village in the Sharezur plain in 1981, he was wounded by a bullet in the left leg.
On September 18, 1982, Hesen Hame Sur was martyred by a mercenary in the defense line, who then took his weapon and a part of his body with him and surrendered to the Ba'ath regime.
