Enver Hame Amin Mewlud was born in 1964 in the Sayed Sadiq district of Sulaymaniyah province. He was a resident of Sayed Sadiq and owned a shop in the bazaar. He studied until the primary stage. After the defeat of the September Revolution, he emigrated to Iran and settled in the city of Saryaz.
In 1978, he became a Peshmerga in the organizational department of the Surin force of the Derbendikhan District Committee under the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Fourth Division. Later, he was transferred to the martyr Abu Bakr Bani Binok battalion and became the battalion's writer. Later, he returned to the force headquarters and received the rank of political leader of the Surin force and became the supervisor of the secret wing in the district of Seyid Sadiq.
He participated in the Battle of Seyid Sadiq Gas Station, the Battle of Seyid Sadiq Mountain, the Battle of Siamêwe, the Battle of Dalani and Mile Xurd, and the partisan activities in the Sharezur plain.
On November 30, 1981, Enwer Heme Amin Mewlud went to the Seyid Sadiq district to carry out an organizational task. After completing his task and returning, he fell into an ambush by a force of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and was martyred.
