Martyr Cemal Feqê Mustafa Kak Mihemed was born in 1945 in the village of Serdre in Dola Xaneqa, in the Rewandiz district of Erbil province. He grew up in a village and was engaged in farming, was not educated, and did not have a married life.
In 1963, he joined the Peshmerga forces of the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the 4th battalion of the Balek force. He participated in the Battle of Mount Zozik and the Battle of Mount Hindirên. In 1975, he was martyred in the village of Serdre due to the bombing of Iraqi regime warplanes.
