Celal Mihemed Ehmed was born in 1962 in the village of Dule Suri, in the Nalparezî district of the Pênciwên district. He grew up in the countryside and was engaged in animal husbandry, and he studied until the primary stage.
In 1980, he became a Peshmerga in the Hasani Sele detachment, which was affiliated with the battalion of martyr Abu Bakr Bani Binokî of the Surên force affiliated with the Derbendîxan District Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Fourth Division. He participated in partisan activities in the Sharezur plain and on the border between Iran and Iraq, and in the 1981 Rezle and Parezan battles and the Nalparez battle, and was seriously injured in the 1981 Rezle and Parezan battles. In 1982, after carrying out a partisan action in Seyid Sadiq and during their return to the village of Şanêrî, they were ambushed by the Ba'ath regime forces and after the war and confrontation broke out Jalal Muhammad Ahmed He was seriously injured and captured by the militants. He was later handed over to the General Security of the city of Sulaymaniyah, where he was martyred by a military firing squad (fired).
