Martyr Cebar Kakexan Elakerem, known as Cebar Hemexan and Cebarê Reş, was born in 1963 in the village of Memenawe, in the Nalparêz district of the Pênciwên district. He settled in the countryside and was engaged in farming. He completed his primary education in the village of Perezan and went to the Seyid Sadiq district to continue his secondary education.
At the beginning of his middle school studies at Seyid Sadiq, he contacted the Sureen organization in the Derbendikhan District Committee, which is affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Fourth League, where Sabiri Elakerem was in charge of the Sureen organization at the time.
Jabar became famous for a short period of time due to the execution of several actions, and for this reason, in 1979, he went to the mountains and became a Peshmerga in the battalion of martyr Abu Bakr Bani Binokî, which was under the command of the Surên force of the Derbendîxan District Council.
He participated in the battles of Rezle and Parezan in 1981, the battle on the banks of the Surên mountain, the Qeredax battle, the Gulan battle, and the partisan activities in the Şarezûr plain.
On July 15, 1982, Cebar and five of his comrades were ambushed and killed in a minefield between the villages of Newê and Kanêskani in the Xurmal district, and at the same time, a military attack by the Ba'ath regime. At first, a mine exploded and injured a fellow soldier named Kemal, which exposed them and led to them being shot at, and Cebar was hit by a few bullets and was martyred. He, his brother Hassan, and Kemal were also wounded again, but they survived.
