Martyr Bekir Ibrahim Ebabekir was born in 1953 in the village of Rust in the Balekayeti area of Erbil province. He grew up in the countryside and was engaged in farming.
In 1980, contact with May Revolution He became a Peshmerga in the Balek District Council and emigrated to Iran. In 1983, he and his brother, Hasan, were wounded and ambushed by a special detachment of the (Mafreza Xasey Mustafa Rasul, also known as (Mustafa Goc), hired by prisoners of the Iraqi government, on the shores of the Helgurd mountain, and were martyred.
