Ashwaq Jaff

Ashwaq Najmeddin Abbas Muhammad Caf, alias Dr., was born in 1972 in Diyala province.

He received his degree from the College of Medicine, Department of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad. He received his doctorate in his field in 2005 and worked as an assistant professor at Sulaymaniyah University. He was a member of the Iraqi parliament on the list of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).

On November 6, 2022, he was elected as a member of the central committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) at the 14th congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in the city of Duhok.

Brother Ziyadi Koye

Mihemed Ziyad Heme Mahmud, known as (Kake Ziyadî Koye), supported the first Barzani revolution in 1931. He supported the second Barzani revolution in 1943-1945. In 1946, he became the Second Deputy Chairman of the Kurdish Democratic Party at the first congress. On June 9, 1963, he contacted the ranks of the Peshmerga forces.
