Organizing the Congress:
The 14th Congress of the Kurdistan Qutb Union was held on November 3 and 4, 2012, at the Martyr Saad Abdullah Hall in the city of Erbil, under the supervision of President Massoud Barzani, with the motto (Yesterday struggle, today science, tomorrow invention) and in the presence of Fazil Mirani, Secretary of the Political School of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), and Masrour Barzani, Member of the Political School of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and Advisor to the Security Council of the Kurdistan Region (1).
After reading the speeches of the participants and preparing the reports of the committees, the following secretaries and members of the secretariat were elected by the votes of the members of the Congress:
1- Fatih Muhammad Kake Ehmed, known as Fatih Mewlevi Zade – Secretary
2- Ahmed Bijar Fazil
3- Kovan Isa Bahaeddin
4- Hassan Alidin
5- Hiwa Majid
6- Suleiman Muhsin
7- Sherif Fatah
8- Sarbast Sefti(2).
The organizations of the Kurdistan Qutb Union consist of the Branch, School Committee, University and Conference Committee, District Committee, League, Secretariat School and Secretary(3).
