Martyr Faqe Mullah Osman was born in 1952 in the village of Girtig in the Balekayeti area of Erbil province. He lived and worked as a farmer and became a housewife.
In 1969, he became involved in the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the forces of Hamed Emin Reshke, who was entrusted with the task of protecting the Political School. In 1974, he was martyred near the village of Bersirin due to the bombing of warplanes by the Ba'ath regime.
