Martyr Jabraîl Feqo Mikaîl was born in 1912 in the village of Tawkê in the town of Sidekan in the province of Erbil. He was a peasant and engaged in farming, was not educated, and had never married.
In 1961, he became involved with the September Revolution and became a Peshmerga, participating in the initial battles of the September Revolution. In 1963, he was martyred in the town of Diyana by prisoners hired by the Iraqi regime.
