Biography

Qadir Qadir was born in 1946 in Sulaimani. He graduated from secondary school. In 1992, he was appointed as the deputy of the Peshmerga Ministry in the Kurdistan Regional Government. He is fluent in Kurdish, Persian and Arabic.

The struggle

Qadir Qadir joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in 1962 and in 1964 he was appointed as a commander In 1974, he was appointed commander of the fourth battalion of the Khabat forces.
